Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KidsTreasure, we want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so we've created this Cancellation and Refund Policy to explain our procedures.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management section
  • Contacting our customer service team at pebby.in@gmail.com

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy for Subscription Boxes

We offer the following refund options for subscription boxes:

Unopened Boxes

If you receive a subscription box and wish to return it unopened and in its original condition:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • Once we receive the unopened box, we will issue a full refund

Opened Boxes

If you've opened your box but are not satisfied with thecontents:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Explain your concerns about the box contents
  • We may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement items depending on the situation

Damaged or Defective Items

If any items in your box arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective items
  • We will send replacement items or issue a partial refund at no additional cost to you

Refund Policy for Individual Toy Purchases

For individual toys purchased from our online store (not part of a subscription box):

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
  • Opened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received yourrefund, please contact us at refunds@kidstreasure.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@kidstreasure.com and we will guide you through the process.
